Dear Romeo,
I understand that you have a bit of a love problem on your hands. It sounds to me that you and Juliet are moving way to fast. How long have you known each other? It’s been maybe one whole day at the most. Within the first five minutes you were kissing. You need to take a few days and talk it over with your parents before jumping into anything. Oh yeah by the way your family and Juliet’s family have only been fighting since you were born.
Trust me on this one. I really think you need to talk to your parents and, Lord and Lady Capulet. If you talk to the Capulet’s sure Tybalt won’t be your best friend but it might calm his temper towards you. I’m not saying Marrying Juliet isn’t a bad idea because it might end the feud once and for all, but give it some time to develop into true love. From what I hear you were moping around about Rosaline not loving you right up until you saw Juliet. Little bit quick on the trigger are we? Love takes time it’s not something you jump into then regret later.
This is not my decision. It’s up to you what you choose. If you do choose to go ahead and get married there may be serious consequences to pay. That Tybalt is a fiery young man that knows how to use a sword. There will also be consequences for Juliet. Lord Capulet may become very upset with her. I can’t imagine your father being very happy about it either. I just hope the parents don’t blame each other because then there will be some serious fighting going on.
As I said before it isn’t my decision I just hope you pick the one that is best for you. no matter which route you choose there will be consequences to pay, some more serious than others. If nothing else sit down with Juliet and talk it out between the two of you and come up with an answer that suits both of you.

Your Friend,
Matthew Hurst
